2. Sleep for teenagers
-How much sleep do you have? You would get 8 to 10 hours of sleeping.
-Why do you need some sleep? To get you more energy.

3. Exercise for teenagers
 -  Do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day.
 - The heart pumps oxygen to your muscles when you are exercising.
