-Why do you need some sleep? To get you more energy.

3. Exercise for teenagers
 -  Do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day.
 - The heart pumps oxygen to your muscles when you are exercising.

Business & Enterprise 2021

Hello everybody, welcome back to my blog. This year we are doing Business & Enterprise kete like last year.

Me, Ashton, Rocki and my bestie Brody, are doing christmas cards but we're putting "Merry Christmas" in different languages. Our brand is called "Cultural Cards". We will be selling it here in Hornby High and the Market Day is on the 1st of December. Why are we having Market Day, you might've ask? We will be raising money for Jellie Park.
